Reiki Master Training is advanced instruction for practitioners who have completed Reiki I and Reiki II and are ready to step into greater responsibility — as healers and as teachers of the Reiki system. At this level the Master is defined by presence, consistency, and the ethical application of energy work, never by authority. You deepen your own relationship with Reiki while learning to transmit attunements and support others on their healing path. It is intended for those genuinely called to teach, guide, or hold space for others.
Mastery is not control.
It is stewardship.
Step Into Stewardship, Not Authority
This level moves you from receiving Reiki to carrying it for others. You refine advanced use of the symbols, learn the process and real responsibility of giving attunements, and develop the discernment to teach clearly and safely — so your instruction rests on genuine energetic sensitivity rather than borrowed technique.
Just as important is the inner work. Mastery here means self-regulation, humility, and continued personal practice — the steady, ethical leadership that lets you hold space for a student’s growth with alignment, balance, and integrity.
In this training, you will learn

- The process and responsibility of giving Reiki attunements

- Ethical leadership in healing and instruction
This is the third and most advanced stage of the system, so Reiki I and Reiki II are both prerequisites — the foundational attunement, the sacred symbols, and distance work should be well established in your own practice before you take on teaching others.

Is Reiki Master Training taught in person in Melbourne, FL?
Yes. It’s taught hands-on with Dr. Duncan Bowen at Atlantean Healing Arts, 1600 Sarno Road Suite 216, Melbourne, Florida. Learning to transmit attunements and hold space for others is best done in person, where your technique and presence can be guided directly.
What are the prerequisites for this level?
You need to have completed both Reiki I and Reiki II first. This is the third and most advanced level, and it assumes you already hold your earlier attunements and have lived with the symbols and distance healing in your own regular practice.
Does this training certify me to teach Reiki?
Yes. You finish prepared to attune and teach students of your own and to carry the Reiki system responsibly. Certification confirms your training — and genuine readiness to teach also rests on the continued personal practice, humility, and ethical judgment we cultivate throughout the level.
